Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by filling in the form below. This is for medication on your current prescription only. For any new medication requirements, a consultation needs to be made with your Doctor.

Patients generally need to be seen on a six monthly basis for ongoing renewal of prescriptions.

A charge of €10 applies for one months prescription and €20 applies for a 2-6 month prescription for all private prescriptions without a consultation. You will receive a call for payment after you have requested the prescription.

There is no charge for GMS patients.

Please note that all repeat prescription requests take 48 working hours to process.

Please check with your nominated pharmacy that they have received your prescription before you call us to check if we sent it.
